Dickens Wintermarkt returns to Veere for four days

The Dickens Wintermarkt takes place on the weekends of 21 and 22 November and 28 and 29 November, each day from 10:00 to 17:00.
The market takes place on the Markt, in the Kerkstraat and at ’t Akkoord. The museums join in with a Dickensian atmosphere.
The programme differs from day to day. On Saturdays 21 and 28 November, cannons are fired at the Noorderhoofd at 12:00. On Sunday 29 November, there is an alpaca visit on the Markt from 10:30 to 12:00; later that day, the Dickens Singers perform.
’t Veerse Scheepstuig plays on the Markt on Sunday 22 November at 14:00 and 15:00. On Saturday 28 November, Veere’s Genoegen performs at various locations. The Dickens duo plays at ’t Waepen.
All four market days run from 10:00 to 17:00; the municipality of Veere lists 21, 22, 28 and 29 November in its events calendar.
